As a member of the Katy Perry Collections program, you agree to adhere to the following special terms and conditions:
Publishers will not utilize any promotion, promotion code, coupon or other promotional opportunity that is not specifically authorized for the use by Katy Perry Collections. Publishers shall not publish, distribute, post, broadcast, display or permit any written material that makes reference to Katy Perry Collections without first submitting such material for approval and receiving express prior written consent. All affiliates are required to use the most up-to-date creative, and only creative found in the Pepperjam affiliate network. Violation of any of the above terms may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to reverse commissions in case of any violations.
