Kasa Stefczyka - a form of savings and loan cooperatives in Poland, especially in the Austrian partition, created on the model of Raiffeisen's banks. They were initiated by cooperative activist Franciszek Stefczyk, who opened the first savings and loan association in Czernichow in 1890.
