We now have a complete line of salon-quality, multipurpose products that deliver salon-mirror results.

We allow email marketing. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and must contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
Publisher shall not collect or store any information entered by users on It's A 10 Haircare's website. Further, Publisher shall not include or reference any third-party pixels, other than the pixels of third-party cookie providers which may be leveraged by Publisher in matching anonymous users to an Md5 Hash of their email address.
Publisher may store Md5 Hashes of the email addresses of web site visitors and the associated pages they visit for the sole purpose of executing email retargeting campaigns. Under no circumstances shall this data be sold or shared with any outside party.
