Closed PPC Policy

No affiliate should bid on the Hudson Reed brand name, derivatives of the brand name, misspellings or variations, for example "Hudson Reed Voucher Code" is prohibited. This includes using the Hudson Reed domain as the display URL; however it may be used as the destination URL. The brand name may not appear in the ad copy or ad title. Affiliates should negatively match appropriate terms to avoid appearing on these. Affiliates breaking these terms will be suspended from the program.

De-duplication policy clarification

Hudson Reed operate a 30 day cookie, rewarding sales from customers who return directly to the site after initially being referred by an affiliate. This will also include customers returning via Hudson Reed’s own paid search campaigns on brand keywords.
For customers returning via any other marketing channel (including but not limited to Hudson Reed’s generic paid search and display campaigns) the sale is de-duplicated and the affiliate will not be rewarded. The de-duplication will occur at the time of transaction. Some example scenarios include:
• If a customer clicks through an affiliate link and then returns to purchase via a brand keyword from Hudson Reed’s own search campaigns the affiliate will still be awarded the sale.
• If a customer clicks through an affiliate link and then returns to purchase via a generic keyword from Hudson Reed’s own search campaigns the affiliate will not be awarded the sale.
• If a customer clicks through an affiliate link and then returns to purchase via a Hudson Reed display campaign the affiliate will not be awarded the sale.
