Hertz validiert Transaktionen mit einer Verzögerung von 60 Tagen, zusätzliche Prüfungen werden vorgenommen, um die Qualität zu sichern.

Tracking

Die Cookielaufzeit beträgt 30 Tage. Buchungen über unsere mobile Website (responsive) werden ganz normal erfasst. Aktuell gibt es kein Tracking über unsere App, was aufgrund der Anfragen jedoch zu vernachlässigen ist.

Programme basics

The standard commission rates are as follows but affiliates may benefit from promotional or bespoke rates:

5% of booking value - Prepay bookings

€3 flat fee - Pay on arrival bookings

Hertz pay commission on all valid car and van bookings. Customers have the choice to pay online at the time of booking (typically cheaper) or on arrival at the counter, for this reason there are different commission rates to reflect cancellations and no-shows.

Hertz validate bookings monthly with a 60 day lag, additional checks are made to ensure quality.

Commission is paid on the full booking value, including VAT and ancillaries.

Banners are available in gif/jpeg format as standard and HTML5 may be available. Every effort is made to cover the main product areas and fit the broader seasonal branding.

Affiliates are asked to avoid hard-coding creative so that the network can update these automatically. Affiliates are obliged to update or remove content upon request.

Offers are communicated via the network; besides the key global sale periods there are more frequent offers often linked to specific destinations. Affiliates should only promote offers that have been communicated or approved by the network. Hertz discounts are redeemed via a ‘CDP’ code so this and all relevant terms should be made clear.

Hertz have an API but access will be restricted to special cases due to the technical nature of this integration and thus specialist support required.

Tracking

Hertz operates a 30 day recurring cookie.

Mobile conversions on our responsive site will be tracked as normal, currently there is no tracking on the app but this is a minimal fraction.

Hertz de-dupes across other marketing channels on a last click basis; currently across Affiliates, Paid Search and Display according to the standard cookie hierarchy.

Cross-tracking is in place, e.g. in case affiliates send customers to the UK website but they convert on another (n.b. affiliate activity relates to UK, FR, DE, IT, ES, NL, BE only).

The Paid Search policy applies to all affiliates unless explicit permission has been granted – please check with agency if you are unsure otherwise you risk declined commissions and removal from the programme.

Hertz paie la commission sur toutes les réservations valides de voiture et de fourgonnettes. Les clients ont le choix de payer en ligne au moment de la réservation (généralement moins cher) ou au comptoir, au moment de récupérer le véhicule. Pour cette raison, il ya deux taux de commissions différents pour refléter les annulations et les non-présentations. 

Hertz valide les réservations dans un délai de 60 jours, des vérifications supplémentaires sont effectuées pour assurer la qualité.

La commission est calculée sur le montant TTC du panier, accessoires inclus.
Les bannières sont disponibles en format gif / jpeg en standard et sur demande au format HTML5. Tous les efforts sont faits pour couvrir les principales zones de produits et adapter l’image de la marque à la saisonnalité.
Les affiliés sont invités à éviter utiliser les liens bannières de la plateforme et éviter d’utiliser des bannières hébergée de leur côté afin de pouvoir avoir les mises à jour de bannière automatiquement.

Tracking

Les conversions mobiles sur notre site “responsive” seront traquées normalement, il n'y a actuellement aucun tracking sur l'application, mais il s'agit que d'une fraction minime des locations générés.
Hertz dé-duplique les ventes entre différents canaux de diffusion sur la base de dernier clic. Cette déduplication s’effectue entre l’affiliation, les “adwords” et le display.
Le “cross programme tracking” est en place sur la plateforme webgains entre les programmes HERTZ UK, FR, DE, IT, ES, NL, BE. Les ventes seront comptabilisées si un client utilise le tracking d’un affilié français vers Hertz FR mais que la réservation se fait par exemple sur Hertz ES.

Les liens de redirection utilisés par Hertz sont assez complexes, les affiliés sont donc encouragés à utiliser les liens par défaut fournis sur la plateforme ou à demander à l’account manager pour générer des liens vers des pages de destination spécifiques.

Le suivi et l'analyse de tiers sont en place, ce qui devrait également garantir que tout reste intact.
Les commissions sont validées au bout de 60 jours afin de gérer les annulations ou les réservations illégitimes.

Exclusions :

Les réservations faisant l’objet de contrat/tarif Corporate (CR) ne sont pas commissionnées, Hertz proposant à ces clients des tarifs spéciaux.

Les réservations générées par des Tour-opérateurs ou agences de voyages ne sont pas payables par l'intermédiaire du réseau d'affiliation, car d'autres ententes commerciales sont en place.

Le programme d’affiliation Hertz Europe a été créé pour dynamiser ces activités progressivement, voitures de loisir et van, via ces sites web FR et ES. En ce sens, Hertz récompensera les affiliés qui génèreront des réservations au détail sur leurs tarifs prépayés et non prépayés. (Sauf exceptions ci-dessous)
Ce qui est exclus du programme Hertz :

• Contrat/ Tarifs entreprises –Les réservations faites par les clients de l’entreprise, bénéficiant du tarif préférentiel d’entreprise, ne sont pas commissionnées car elles sont spéciales, tarifs pré-établis entre Hertz et les organisations sélectionnées. Les clients de ces organisations sont mandatés pour louer depuis Hertz, les tarifs payés exclus les coûts de commercialisation ainsi que la commission référée. Les réservations identifiées comme étant des ventes à tarifs contractuels seront rejetées et aucune commission ne sera allouée.

• Tour Operator/Réservations Agents de Voyage – Concernant les réservations faites par le biais d’un tour operator ou sur un programme à taux préférentiel de tour operator, aucune commission ne sera reversée par Hertz car c’est aux Tour operator de définir les commissions qu’ils versent à leurs affiliés.

• Réclamations en double

• Hertz n’attribuera pas la réservation concernée à l’une des parties. Si une réservation est mentionnée par plusieurs parties, les référents directs (en cours de session) seront toujours accrédités en premier. S’il n’y a pas de référent direct, les ventes réalisées à partir des cookies seront créditées au premier click référant.

L’approbation / Procédure de paiement
le programme Hertz a mis en place un délai d’attente de 60 jours afin d’organiser la forte croissance des références non admissibles.

I clienti hanno la possibilita` di pagare online durante la prenotazione (solitamente l`opzione piu`economica) oppure all`arrivo alla cassa, per questo motivo sono presenti diversi tassi commissionali che riflettono cancellazioni e no-shows.

Hertz valida le prenotazioni mensilmente con un “ritardo” di 60 giorni, inoltre vengono effettuati ulteriori controlli qualita`.

La commissione viene pagata sul valore totale della prenotazione, comprensivo dell'IVA e degli accessori.

Numerosi banners disponibili in formato gif/jpeg; anche il formato HTML5 potrebbero essere disponibile di tanto in tanto.

Gli affiliati sono pregati di non creare hard-coding creatives in modo che il network possa aggiornarli automaticamente. Gli affiliati hanno l`obbligo di aggiornare o rimuovere specifico contenuto su richiesta.

Le offerte vengono comunicate via network; oltre ai principali periodi di saldi ci saranno offerte piu` frequenti spesso legate a destinazioni specifiche. Gli affiliati possono promuovere esclusivamente offerte comunicate o approvate dal network.

I prodotti Hertz 24/7, Rent2Buy, 28+ Plan e Business Solutions non sono inclusi. Per favore richiedere informazioni all`Account Manager prima di promuovere prodotti specifici al di fuori di auto e furgoni.

Regole per gli affiliati:

I termini PPC sono validi per tutti gli affiliati eccetto i casi in cui vengono rilasciati specifici permessi. Si prega di contattare l`Account Manager nel caso in cui non si e` certi di aver compreso le condizioni applicate per non incorrere nel rischio di assistere alla cancellazione delle commissioni ed alla rimozione dal programma.

L`inclusione del nome Hertz nel dominio e` vietato

E` vietato il bidding sulle parole coincidenti con il nome del marchio o qualsiasi suo derivato o errore ortografico (es. Hertz, herts, hert’s) – gli affiliati sono pregati di aggiungere queste parole in negative matches.

I siti di cashback/reward sono tenuti ad implementare le azioni necessarie ad assicurare la qualita` della promozione di Hertz nei loro portali evitandone l`abuso, nel caso questo non avvenisse I partners suddetti potranno incorrere nella sospensione dal programma.
