Subscriptions generated by affiliates that meet the following criteria will be valid:

• Subscriptions generated by people over 18 years of age resident in Max and holder of a credit or debit card in a national bank or any other payment method supported by HBO Max.
• Subscriptions generated in which the account registration process has been completed with real data (email, name, surname and card data).
• Subscriptions generated from users already registered with HBO Max in the past will not be valid.Subscriptions assigned to them based on the last-click attribution criterion will be valid for affiliates. HBO Max will double sales with other online marketing channels based on the last click before the subscription occurs.

Sales that are canceled by users during the first month of subscription will not be valid.
