3.  Email Publishers that are CAN-SPAM compliant are allowed to join the Havaianas   Affiliate Program. CAN-SPAM compliant email publishers must email proof to the Havaianas Affiliate Manager for approval at least 48-hour prior to any send.    Failure to follow this approval process will result in a reversal of commissions and removal from the Havaianas Affiliate Program.
4.  Downloadable software partners are allowed to join the Havainas Affiliate  Program. The software shall not intercept, divert or redirect traffic to or from any other website.  The software shall not enable the diversion of affiliate commissions from another website or marketing channel such as PPC.  Any violation of these restrictions will result in a reversal of commissions and removal from the Havaianas Affiliate Program.
