About Our Affiliate Program
Our program pays variable commissions with up to a 30-day cookie duration. Commission terms and cookie duration are set based on the type of publisher and relationship. 

We periodically send news and updates to our publishers, with details of upcoming campaigns and special events for our publishers to participate.

We are always looking to improve relationships with our publishers, and we review commissions on a monthly basis to better partner with our most valuable publishers.

Terms and Conditions
As a member of the Hard Tail Forever program, you agree to adhere to the following special terms and conditions:

·        Publishers will not utilize any promotion, promotion code, coupon or other promotional opportunity that is not specifically authorized for use by Hard Tail Forever.

·        Publishers shall not publish, distribute, post, broadcast, display or permit any written material that references Hard Tail Forever without first submitting such material for approval and receiving express prior written consent. 

·        Publisher website shall not, in any way, copy or resemble the look and feel of the Hard Tail Forever website.

·        Publisher shall not frame or permit the framing of any page of the Hard Tail Forever website. 

·        We allow direct linking. 

·        We do not allow downloaded software partners to join our program. 

·        We allow incentivized partners to join our program. 

·        We allow email marketing campaigns. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and contact us prior to running these for suppression lists.

·        Publisher agrees to get consent from Hard Tail Forever before bidding on any keywords in Pay per Click Search Engines (PPC) that are a trademark or a derivation of a trademark, or any other word or term that is likely to cause confusion regarding its affiliation with Hard Tail Forever. ·        Publishers are prohibited from (i) using as display URLs any Hard Tail Forever related trademarks or any variations thereof; (ii) using the language “official site”; or variations thereof in ad copy and from adding trademark symbols to ad copy; and (iii) using promotional language such as references to specific coupons and/or membership offers in ad copy.

·        Any partner that doesn't reach out first will be considered in violation of our terms and conditions. Should we be aware of any violations, we will contact publishers to address the issue. If publisher does not respond or does not abide to terms and conditions, publisher will be removed from Hard Tail Forever affiliate program.
