Terms and Conditions

Important information:

- Commission: 10%

- Cookie length: 30 days

- Banners: Bespoke banners available on request

Commission will be payable on all confirmed tracked orders. Cancelled orders and duplicate orders will not be validated. All new customer information remains the property of Gym Religion and may not be used by affiliate partners to remarket our products without express permission

Social Media

• Botting is forbidden

• Intercepting Gym Religion and customer interactions is forbidden

• Promoting expired, false or incorrect offers or information is forbidden

Images

• Only official Gym Religion images are to be used, if you need an image please request one.

Discounts & Vouchers

• Expired discounts and vouchers must be removed from your website upon the day of expiry

• Expired discounts and vouchers must not be communicated in any means or form to consumers

• Only official discounts and vouchers communicated by the Affiliate Account Manager may be promoted by an affiliate and only sales from these approved vouchercodes are eligable for a commission.

• Discounts and Vouchers may not be promoted as being eligible to be combined with another form of discount, voucher or cashback unless explicitly stated by the Affiliate Account Manager

• From time to time customers may use a vouchercode from an Email such as the new customer voucher for 10% off. This type of voucher is not eligable for use in the affiliate channel.

Bulk Orders

• Gym Religion reserve the right to refuse commission on wholesale orders

Sale Periods

• During any Gym Religion sale period or event, the base CPA may be reduced and all incentives suspended during the sale event. Prior to the event going live the affiliate manager will clarify the changes.

• During any Gym Religion sale period or event voucher and discounts of any amount are not to be promoted, listed or communicated by affiliates without explicit consent from the Affiliate Account Manager

Validations

• In line with the 30-day refund policy Gym Religion will not validate any sale until the refund period has expired, Recall Period is 45 Days.

Fraud

• Gym Religion reserve the right to withhold payment of commission on suspicious transactions and also reserve the right to determine what qualifies as suspicious

Inactive Affiliates

• Affiliates that fail to promote Gym Religion in some form and capacity or fail to register a click within any 90-day period may be removed from the programme without notice

Notice and Action

• Affiliates agree to action and remedy any request that brings them back in accordance with the Gym Religion brand terms in no less than 10 UK working days. Exceptions to this rule are at the Affiliate Account Managers discretion

Brand Ambassadorship

• By joining Gym Religion affiliates are presumed to have read and understood the Gym Religion brand terms and to promote the brand with high esteem and diligence to ensure these terms are enforced at all times

Breach of terms

Gym Religion reserve the right to withhold commission payments to any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms.
