Terms and Conditions:
1.      Search Policy: Affiliates may not bid on tradenames (or misspellings). Affiliates may not bid on phrases which include tradenames (or misspellings). Affiliates may NOT use the destination URL in the advertising links. Those not granted permission in writing by the affiliate program manager may have sales reversed and/or be declined from the program.
2.      Only approved codes found in the Ebay Enterprise Affiliate Account are allowed.
3.      All affiliates must use the most up to date creatives from the Ebay Enterprise Affiliate Account, and may not list expired promotions.
4.      Orders are subject to reversals within 60 days of being processed.
5.      Loyalty/Cash Back publishers are allowed into the program on a case by case basis.
6.      Downloadable software is allowed on a case by case basis. All software must require affirmative click/action for cookie to be enabled. Please contact the program manager with any questions, concerns, or to provide a demonstration of software.
7.      Email affiliates are encouraged to be a part of the program and will be approved on a case by case basis. All email affiliates must be Can-Spam compliant. Please contact the affiliate manager for the most up to date creative and suppression list.
8.   Social Media is allowed on a case by case basis. You may not post your affiliate links on the merchant social media spaces. Please contact the program manager for specifications regarding social campaigns.
9.   Campaign accepts US Traffic only.
Any affiliate found to be in violation of the above terms is subject to commission reversals and removal from the program.
