Grace and Lace affiliate program

Grace and Lace offers on-trend knits and clothing. They've partnered with Angel House, where a portion of every sale would go towards building an orphanage in India to house 50 orphans. This program offers a 5-day cookie duration.

About Grace & Lace: 
I've always been a DIY kind of girl. I grew up with a Mom who always made homemade play-dough, birthday cakes and sewed our dance costumes. So I learned to "sew a straight line" very early in age. 
My love for sewing, and all things knit grew. Late in the fall of 2011, I made my first pair of women's boot socks. Everywhere I would go, people would stop and ask me where I got them. I put them up for sale online and in a matter of days I was overwhelmed with orders I could not possibly fulfill on my own!  Now, many years later, we have sold hundreds of thousands of these lacey, frilly boot socks and leg warmers. We have grown so rapidly that we have now evolved into an official company with trademarked designs, a full studio and warehouse, and friends and family as staff.

As an affiliate of the program, we are excited to give publishers 5% commission for all referred sales! 
Terms and Conditions:
Affiliates may not bid on the Grace & Lace trademarks or any variations or misspellings of the trademarks.  There will not be bidding on broad terms that would, in turn, combat with brand and trademark variations. Affiliates are not allowed to direct link at this time.  
  
Pop ups, pop unders and co-registration are not permitted for this affiliate program.  
  
Coupon and datafeed publishers are allowed to promote the Grace & Lace affiliate program.
Incentivized Sites are allowed in the Grace & Lace affiliate program only on a case by case basis. If you are using incentivized methods and are not approved by the Pepperjam quality team, affiliates may be subjected to commission reversal and expiration from the Grace & Lace affiliate program. Please contact the Account Manager with any questions. 
Email Publishers are allowed in the Grace & Lace affiliate program on a case-by-case basis and as long as they are CAN-SPAM compliant. Any partner that wants to run these must contact us prior to this for suppression lists. Any partner that does not contact us first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions. 
  
Downloadable software partners are allowed on a case-by-case basis.  If you're interested in promoting via downloadable software, please reach out to the Account Manager first for approval. 
  
Social media is allowed on a case-by-case basis as well.  If you're interested in promoting via social media channels, please reach out to the Account Manager first for approval.
All affiliates must use current promotions that are reflected through banners and text links in Pepperjam, otherwise they may be subjected to removal from the program.
