Everyone who wants to play golf in the Netherlands needs to have a golf-proficiency certificate (short: GVB in Dutch) or get an official handicap. This is possible by the NGF exam. On this site you can easily learn the rules for this theory and practice. We offer only the official questions exactly as you'll get them in the actual exam! With effect from the 1st of January 2011, the golf rules and exams changed. Ofcourse this website features the latest exams questions.
