Detailed KPI:
1. Validation Process : Post receiving the consolidated report of affiliate bookings from Lyxel, IndiGo will map and validate the bookings from the above mentioned UTM code in Adobe Analytics and from backend as well. If no cancellations happened in 30 days, the booking numbers will be considered for the payment.
2. Billing will be done as per valid transactions tracked in Adobe Analytics.
3. SEM is strictly not allowed; any such activity will lead to a Penalty.
4. Canceled/returned orders will not be validated in the final reconciliation.
5. Missing Sales are not entertained .
6. Deep Linking is not allowed.
7. Whenever we are promoting or executing the campaign, we all need to make sure that we are addressing the brand as "IndiGo" ( G should be in uppercase and all other alphabets in lowercase)
