We have a low returns/refund percentage partly due to the information we supply on the website with regarding suitcase sizing and to help customer select the right size.

The owners of the business have decades of experience in the luggage industry and only deal with reputable manufacturers.

At present we only deliver to UK addresses and so will only pay commission on orders for UK customers.
