• Trademark Bidding is not allowed.  Direct linking on any of our branded terms or variation (including misspellings) is strictly prohibited.
• Downloadable software is only allowed on a case by case basis. Please contact the affiliate manager for more details.
• Incentivized sites are allowed only on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the affiliate manager for more details.
• Email campaigns are allowed on a case by case basis. Affiliates must be Can-SPAM compliant. Please contact the affiliate manager for information on suppression lists. Any partner that runs these without contacting us first is considered to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
• Only existing creative within Pepperjam is to be used to promote the brand. Any affiliate found to be using creative outside this scope will be removed from the program.

Affiliates found to be in violation of these terms and conditions are subject to immediate removal from the program and reversal of transactions.
