These rules apply to participation in the G-Star RAW program. You are advised to read these rules carefully before signing up for the G-Star RAW program so that you are able to understand all the rules. 

Restrictions (in short):

• Automatic redirect pages
• Pages that do not allow the content to be checked
• Websites, which include the terms G-Star RAW (this includes misspellings in any form) in the URL
• Pages whose content glamorizes violence
• Downloadable software, incentive, pop-up or pop-under traffic is excluded.
• Pages featuring pornography and sexually insinuating content
• Websites that contain drugs paraphernalia
• Pages that contain dialers and/or spyware or install them on the Internet user's computer
• Websites with discriminatory, offensive, or defamatory comments regarding race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age
• Content, which breaches good manners and effective laws or third parties' rights
• The materials provided may not be revised in any way, changed, or passed to third parties. The Affiliate is obliged to remove the above-mentioned materials from its website if G-Star RAW suggests that it does so
• The Affiliate may not use any materials other than those provided via the affiliate network, digital agency or G-Star RAW
• The Affiliate is not allowed to send out emails where G-Star RAW is mentioned without written notice from the digital agency or G-Star RAW.
• Always use the trademark G-Star RAW in the domains and subdomains of displayed URLs.
• Use a direct link to the G-Star RAW homepage.
• Do not combine multiple promotional codes.
• Do not use promotional codes that are not intended for affiliates (that have not been communicated by G-Star RAW).
• Cookie stuffing / iFrames and Post view tracking are not allowed.

If the conditions are violated, the commissions of the relevant assignments will not be reimbursed

Discount Codes:

Allowed. However, only codes that are provided in the affiliate network can be promoted by publishers. 

It is not allowed to display any vouchers in the following regions and vouchers are not valid there:

• Japan
• Singapore
• Taiwan
• Hong Kong

SEO/Content

Allowed, however, must be checked. When creating content, we expect unique and valuable content on your website, not direct copies of briefings or communications. 

Deduplication:

The program also has a deduplication model, which means that the cookie will be deduplicated on the last click count against other paid online marketing channels. Channels like SEO, organic social and other organic sources are not taken into account within the deduplication model.

Click Referral:

Period Referrals are only included in the commission distribution if this takes place within 30 days of the promotion (cookie period).

Cookie Freeze:

When a customer reaches the G-Star website shopping basket, that cookie will be frozen for 5 minutes from the start of the ordering process. This means that any other affiliates who would interfere with the customer journey during this period of time won’t be considered for commission payout.

Rejected sales:

The committee can be rejected for the following reasons:

• Order canceled
• (Part of the) order returned

• Double registered order
• Violation of program conditions

1. Full price (FP) : The total order doesn't contain any discount

2. Discount (PR) : The total order contains a discounted product

Definition "new" consumer:

If the consumer has not placed an order before (email was not matched with any past guest or registered orders) OR has placed a previous order, however the day's value (today's date less the most recent order created date) is greater than the threshold days value for the current site.

Definition "recurring" consumer:

If the consumer has placed an order, however the days since the last order is less than or equal to the threshold days value for the current site
