What is the user? What is the problem?
We are solving the confusing journey of raising a pet for the first time (or the fifth time). Similar to the human world of raising a child, pet parents seek to be guided through the process of raising a new pet, no matter what age the pet is or how many times they've raised pets before.
In the most basic sense, we are meeting pet parents where they are, to deliver the products and services they need to improve the welfare of their pets. We are attempting to deliver the peace of mind pet parents are seeking and creating a new offering in the marketplace that addresses an often unexpressed problem. The anxiety, stress, fear, uncertainty, and doubt of the unknown of caring for a pet can be solved through education, recommendations, confirmation/reassurance, and most importantly guidance (we're here with you).
Pet parents don’t have a clear understanding of what they could and should be doing to give their pets the best opportunity at a long, healthy, and happy life. And, they certainly don’t have a clear action plan or resource to achieve this. We seek to deliver both the understanding and means to be successful in that endeavour.
We are filling the gap between traditional ecommerce (Chewy / AMZN) - who serve pet parents whom know what they want & want it cheaply / quickly and traditional veterinarians who provide high quality care, but care that is inaccessible & expensive (need to book an appt days / weeks out, get 10 min with the vet). There is white space here for us to fill.

We are focused on the trust we form with the pet parent and the expert knowledge/experience we provide the pet parent. We solve for the pet parent’s problems by creating relationships with them that embody empathy, quality, integrity, and trust. We match convenience and personalization with innovative technology and services.

Where do we want to be in 12 months?
In 2022, we will be the leading digital provider of veterinary care - we will have created the “virtual vet clinic” with a rich digital experience and hundreds of thousands of members across the US. We need to provide a platform and experience that instills trust in pet parents. That includes an intuitive digital interface, high quality physical product experience, and proactive engagement.
