Program Description:
Frontier Utilities is a retail electric provider serving deregulated Texas, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, dedicated to providing honest and innovative electricity solutions for home or business. We are currently looking for partners to help customers save money on their electricity bills. Publishers will be paid upon a successful new service enrollment on our site.

Payout Model:
$30 per sale (1-14 sales per month)
$35 per sale (15-24 sales per month)
$45 per sale (25-34 sales per month)
$55 per sale (35+ sales per month)

Terms & Condition:
* We do not allow trademark / branded terms bidding. For additional paid search program T&C please see below.
* We do not allow direct linking.
* We do allow downloadable software partners to join our program on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not allow incentivized partners to join our program on a case-by-case basis.
* We do allow email marketing campaigns. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
* Manual Approval Required - Any partner that doesn't reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.

About the Paid Search Program

- No branded keywords are allowed - meaning any keywords that include the term 'Frontier', or 'Frontier Utilities' are NOT allowed.

- Affiliates may not bid on Frontier Utilities trademark terms on Google, Bing/Yahoo, including international versions

- Affiliates may not use www.frontierutilities.com in the display URL at any PPC search engine sections. Alternative spellings of our domain name are also not permitted.

- Do not represent your advertisement as an official or endorsed Frontier Utilities advertisement or site.

- Truth in advertising: Affiliates are required to be truthful about any advertisement representing Frontier Utilities, including information surrounding discounts and special offers.
