Terms and Conditions
By applying and joining the G-Form affiliate program, you are agreeing to the following special terms and conditions:
Trademark bidding is not allowed.
Trademark + bidding is not allowed.
Direct linking is allowed.
We do not allow affiliates to upload products to free classified sites such as CraigsList.
We do not allow downloadable software partners to join our program.
Email marketing campaigns, direct linking, loyalty/incentive partners, and social media are allowed on a case by case basis – contact [removed] to request more information.. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions. All affiliates must notify and discuss these campaigns with the account manager before beginning such campaigns.
You must use the most up to date creative to promote. Any affiliate found to be using out of date creative can have their sales reversed and risks being removed from the program.
If you are found to be in violation of any of these policies, you will forfeit any commissions due and may be required to return any previously paid commissions.
You will not utilize any promotion, promotion code, coupon or other promotional opportunity that is not specifically authorized for use within the affiliate channel.
You will not publish, distribute, post, broadcast, display or permit any written material that makes reference to G-Form without first submitting such material to G-Form for approval and receiving express prior written consent which shall be in G-Form's sole and absolute discretion.
Your web site shall not, in any way, copy or resemble the look and feel of G-Form's web site, nor shall you create the impression that your web site is the G-Form web site or a part of the G-Form web site.
You shall not frame or permit the framing of any page of the G-Form web site.
You shall not bid on any keyword in Pay per Click Search Engines (PPCSEs) that is a G-Form trademark or a derivation of a trademark, or any other word or term that is likely to cause confusion regarding its affiliation with G-Form. Some examples of these keywords include, but are not limited to: G-Form, G-Form knee pads, G-Form elbow pads, G-Form pads, gform, g form, gform pads, g form pads, g form baseball, g form proX, g form pro x2, G-Form sports protection,, G-Formcom, G-Formcom, www.G-Form.com. G-Form may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify this list to include any other word or phrase.
If promoting G-Form using non-branded terms in PPCSEs, you are prohibited from (i) using as display URLs any G-Form related trademarks or any variations thereof, including, but not limited to, the variations set forth in the list provided above; (ii) using the language "official site" or variations thereof in ad copy and from adding trademark symbols to ad copy; and (iii) using promotional language such as references to specific coupons and/or free shipping offers in ad copy.
If promoting G-Form using non-branded terms in PPCSEs, you must designate yourself as such by adding "aff" or "affiliate" to your ad copy.
You will not employ the use of any type of software download or technology which attempts to intercept or re-direct traffic or referral fees to or from, any other website without the written consent of G-Form.
You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your web site and, except for URLs provided by G-Form, for all content appearing on your web site. You assume sole responsibility for the accuracy of the content of your web site, including, without limitation, descriptive claims, warranties, guarantees, and ensuring that the content on your web site ("Content") and that the operation of your web site does not infringe or violate any right of any third party.
You shall not place or cause to be placed on your web site anything which is obscene, threatening, malicious, or which infringes on or violates any applicable law or regulation or any proprietary, contract, moral, privacy or other third party right, or which otherwise exposes you and/or G-Form to civil or criminal liability.
You shall immediately notify G-Form of any demand, claim, or action by a third party insofar as such demand, claim or action alleges that your web site, its content or its operation does not meet the requirements of these special terms.
You will use the product images and descriptions only as provided by G-Form and only in a manner consistent with the affiliate relationship for the promotion and sale of G-Form's products.
