We have been operating as a dedicated business offering our customers access to unbeatable premium flight deals for over 10 years in the UK. Simply put we have the widest range of premium airfares on sale in the UK as well as an exciting range of unique and exclusive luxury holiday deals. Our consultants are genuine travel experts and individually have many years of experience booking premium travel. They provide an exceptional level of service to our customers and go above and beyond just booking their flights. Our tailor made approach and high level of service sees over 60% of our customers come back to book their travel with us time and time again. We look after our customers from 'welcome to welcome home' and provide free 24/7 worldwide emergency assist support. Should they need us our customers can call us when abroad. Currently we do not offer an online transactional website. This is because we believe our customers value the personal touch. We use our website to drive phone and email enquiries through to our dedicated First and Business teams. OUR PRODUCTS... Premium flights: We offer the best value worldwide premium airfares including Premium Economy, Business Class and First Class from all of the major airlines. We hold very close relationships with our airline partners allowing us to regularly offer exclusive deals to our customers. Our Lowest Airfare Guarantee is our promise to our customers that we will not be beaten on price. If we are unable to offer our customers the best scheduled flight price we will give them the flight for free! Luxury Holidays: Our luxury holiday range comprises some of the finest hotels in the world plus all of our packages include business class flights and return private transfers. This new range of holidays is continually being developed and added to. We have our own contracting teams around the world who deal directly with the hotels. That means no middle man, exclusive deals and promotions, free room upgrades, and better prices for our customers. We also arrange private jet hire, car hire, escorted tours, coach tours, travel insurance and cruises for our customers. Most of the travel we arrange is for departures from the UK. OUR AFFILIATE PARTNER STRATEGY... We are a business catering for the niche premium leisure travel market in the UK and as such we are looking to extend our reach to our target audience through both small and large affiliate partners and networks. We will consider working with UK websites and blogs whose content is focused on suitable lifestyle, news, money, travel, hobbies, food and entertainment. If you are in any doubt whether you website focus is right for our customer type then please contact us. COMMISSION STRUCTURE... We will pay commission for phone and email enquiry regardless of whether the enquiry generates a sale. The commission structured is tiered towards enquiry that has a better chance of converting into a sale. We’re looking for quality leads for scheduled flights and luxury holidays departing from the UK. We pay over a 30 day cookie period. The reason we do not pay commission based on the value of the sale is simply due to the length and complexity of our sales cycle. - Commissions for PHONE enquiry: We use Infinity Call Tracking - a system that provides a unique phone number for every individual who visits our website making it simple for us to track the enquiry back to an affiliate partner. The commission structure for phone enquiry is based on the duration of call: Bronze: • Paid on a call duration of between 3mins - 4mins 59 seconds • £ 4.00 per call Silver: • Paid on a call duration of between 5mins – 7mins 59seconds • £ 7.00 Gold: • Paid on a call duration of between 8mins – 9mins 59 seconds • £ 10.00 Platinum: • Paid on a call duration of anything over 10 minutes • £ 15.00 We will not pay commission on any call duration under 3 minutes as it is highly unlikely this is a qualified lead. - Commissions based on EMAIL enquiry: We put a lesser value on email enquiry due to it generally being less likely to convert into a sale. In order for the commission to be paid on an email enquiry the requisite is that all mandatory fields on our enquiry form are completed and the travel destination fits our medium to long haul target destinations. Email enquiry commission = £ 3.00 COMMISSION PAYMENT INFORMATION... Commission will be paid on no later than the 30th day of the month. A period of between 1-30 days will be required to authenticate the enquiry depending on the source and type of the enquiry. Recall Period: 1 Day TERMS AND CONDITIONS... Please note that failure to comply with these terms and conditions could result in your relationship being terminated and any commission earned to be reversed. - Flight Centre First and Business will not pay for duplicate phone or e-mail enquiries - Flight Centre First and Business program has a restricted PPC policy. Affiliates are not permitted to carry out any PPC search activity sending traffic to flightcentre.co.uk/first-and-business directly, through automatic redirects on a website page or to their own sites. They must abide by the following rules; a. Bidding on the brand, brand misspellings, brand extension terms and brand URL’s is not allowed. b. Bidding on Flight Centre brand + generic terms e.g. “Flight Centre First and Business flights”, “Flight Centre First and Business flights holidays”, “Flight Centre First and Business flights Australia” is not allowed. c. All Flight Centre First and Business flights brand related terms should be added as negative terms to all affiliate paid search campaigns; this includes brand, brand misspelling, brand extensions, brand URL’s and brand + generic terms. d. Using any Flight Centre related brand term in ad copy, including headlines, description lines 1 & 2 and display URL. e. If the affiliate chooses to not use the display banners and instead tailor their own link and text, Flight Centre First and Business requires the affiliate to seek prior approval first before creation.
