Fitness Superstore ask all publishers to refrain from running paid search activity on their program, this applies across all search engines and platforms. Publishers found to be in breach of this policy risk cancellation of commission and suspension from the program. Anyone found infringing these terms will be contacted by the Fitness Superstore affiliate team. Affiliates found to be breaching the program terms and conditions may have their commissions declined and will face suspension from the program. In extreme circumstances Fitness Superstore reserves the right to immediately suspend any affiliates found breaching these terms and conditions and declining any commissions accrued from the activity.

Terms and Conditions:
Voucher Codes: both generic and exclusive codes possible. Fitness Superstore reserves the right to offer certain voucher codes at a reduced commission level.
Fitness Superstore doesn't pay commission to voucher code affiliates. Exceptions: Fitness Superstore will pay a reduced commission (2%) for a specific voucher code offering a discount on Nordic Track products. The relevant code will be communicated to the voucher code affiliates via email."
Sanctions for Non-Compliant Affiliates Fitness Superstore reserves the right to remove any non-compliant affiliates from the program immediately as well as withholding any compensation for transactions not in compliance with the terms and conditions listed above."
