For deliveries into Europe, in the rare event that you are charged import duty, feelunique.com will refund these charges, provided we are notified within 30 days of despatch. Should you wish to claim a refund, please fill out the form below and attach a photo/scanned image of the customs receipt.
We can only refund up to the total value paid for the order and all refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

AFFILIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Anyone found infringing on these terms will be contacted by the feelunique.com Affiliate Team. Please note anyone found contravening these Terms and Conditions may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme. In extreme circumstances feelunique.com reserve to right to immediately suspend any affiliates found contravening these terms and conditions, declining any commissions accrued from the activity.

Use of Voucher Codes
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the feelunique.com affiliate programme.
feelunique.com reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Commission may be tracked at £0 in orders where an unauthorised code may have been used.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed after this date unless you are advised otherwise. From the 16th May 2012 voucher code affiliates must only display valid & live feelunique.com voucher codes and offers, all expired codes should be removed.
Programme Terms and Conditions
feelunique.com and Webgains support the Affiliate Marketing Council's Ethical Merchant Charter. Should any of your commissions need to be declined a reason will always be provided.
Email Marketing Campaigns
Affiliates promoting feelunique.com through email marketing must contact Will Edingborough [removed] for sign off.
Intellectual Property Rights
Affiliates must respect the intellectual property rights of feelunique.com. These rights include trade marks and service marks, copyright and related rights, trade names and domain names, rights to goodwill or to use in passing off and rights in confidential information.
If an affiliate infringes these rights, they may be removed, losing any commissions earned. feelunique.com require sign off on draft proofs of any copy that is to appear in any offline communication including and not limited to press campaigns.
Paid Search
feelunique.com operate a strict policy on paid search activity. These Terms and Conditions are applicable on any ad platform, including, but not limited to search engines, content networks and social networking ad placements.
In order to avoid any broadmatching issues, affiliates must add feelunique, feel unique, feelunique.com, feelunique.co.uk, islandcosmetics, island cosmetics, islandcosmetics.com and islandcosmetics.co.uk as negative keywords in all paid search activity.
Affiliates may not use the following search terms in any PPC advertising: touche éclat, YSL touche éclat and yves saint laurent touche éclat.
• Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on misspells, variations of brand searches or brand + voucher code terms variations.
• Unless explicit permission has been given no affiliate is allowed to perform direct linking PPC activity to the feelunique.com website, this includes using the feelunique.com website as a display URL.
• Affiliates also must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.
• Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain or sub folder.
Brand + voucher code terms:
From the 16th May 2012 feelunique.com will prohibit paid search activity on brand + voucher code terms. We request that affiliates using paid search networks to generate traffic from these keywords negative match against the feelunique.com brand terms. This covers all variations of feelunique.com brand + voucher code keywords.
Google Base
Please note that affiliates are not permitted to promote feelunique.com products via Google Base.
