Terms and Conditions: 

Any affiliate found performing an action that was not approved by the affiliate manager or not included in our terms and conditions will be removed from the program and have their sales reversed. 

• No trademark bidding 

• No trademark plus bidding 

• No direct linking 

• No downloadable software 

• Email affiliates are allowed on a case-by-case basis. All email affiliates must be can-spam compliant. Please contact the affiliate manager for the most up to date suppression list and email creative. All email affiliates must only use client approved emails 

• Social media is allowed in the program on a case-by-case basis. Approval is required before beginning any social media campaigns 

• Loyalty and Incentive affiliates are allowed on a rarecase-by-case basis. Approval is requiredbefore moving forward with any affiliate marketing campaigns.
