Commission structure details: 

When a customer begins standard 33$ subscription, publisher will be accredited with $20 payout. If the customer chooses to renew once, the publisher will receive an additional $20, and if the customer renews for a second month, the publisher will receive an additional $20, totalling at $60.

Publishers commissions remain the same, even when Envato Elements has their popular annual discounts.

Publisher's payout for annual subscriptions is $120. If a customer chooses to upgrade a regular subscription to an annual one in the 2nd month of being subscribed, publisher's commission will be $100. If the customer chooses to upgrade to annuals in the third month of being subscribed, publisher earns $80.

If it is determined that the Publisher traffic is in violation of any of the terms, any future commissions and current open orders from the Publisher will be rejected.

Brand bidding is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited to use a domain name, search engine keyword or pay-per-click advertising that use any Envato trademarks or variations and misspellings.
Affiliates are not permitted to direct link PPC activity to the Envato’s sites from Google Search Results, this includes using Envato’s sites as a display URL.

We strictly prohibit directly linking to any of the following domains via. search ads:

• https://elements.envato.com
• https://envato.com/ 

Please note that we only pay for sales at https://elements.envato.com on this campaign.

Bidding on the following types of search terms is prohibited (included, but are not limited to):

Any affiliate found in violation will be removed from the program. 

The program has a first-click policy, meaning the first affiliate or channel that gets the user, wins the attribution.
