No affiliate should bid on the Electric Tobacconist brand name, derivatives of the brand name, misspellings or variations, for example "Electric Tobacconist Voucher Code" is prohibited. This includes using the Electric Tobacconist domain as the display URL; however it may be used as the destination URL. The brand name may not appear in the ad copy or ad title. Affiliates should negatively match appropriate terms to avoid appearing on these. Affiliates breaking these terms will be suspended from the programme.
