Our publisher partners are very important to us. As part of this partnership we ask that you read and agree to the terms and conditions of this program, outlined below. We reserve the right to change the policies at any time without prior notice to the publisher. The publisher understands that it is their sole responsibility to keep themselves abreast of all policies available here. We reserve the sole right to warn, or without notice, terminate any publisher that is found to be in violation of our policies. We may make exceptions to any of these policies at our sole discretion.

Publisher websites must contain a significant amount of original content that is updated regularly. Websites must have a reasonable volume of visitors using the site and must not contain excessive advertising.

We do not allow trademark bidding.

Please do not use paid search to promote this affiliate program. Do not use terms such as: Shop Dunkin' Donuts Store, Shop Dunkin' Donuts Shop, Dunkin' Donuts Store, Dunkin' Donuts Shop, etc.. Do not combine the brand with any promotional terms: Dunkin' Donuts Coupons, Dunkin' Donuts Promo Codes, Dunkin' Donuts Store Coupons, and all other variations. We do not allow direct linking.

We do not permit publishers that promote sexually explicit materials; violence; discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; illegal activities.

We do not allow publishers to use materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law.

We do not allow publishers who are otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.

Publishers may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our website nor design your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are the Dunkin' Donuts brand, the Dunkin' Donuts online store or any other affiliated business.

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Dunkin' Donuts Shop Affiliate Program immediately and without notice to you should you commit fraud in your use of our Affiliate Program or should you abuse this program in any way (such as violating these terms). If such fraud or abuse is detected, we shall not be liable to you for any commissions for such fraudulent sales.

We do allow downloadable software partners to join our program. However, software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program are not allowed.

We do allow incentivized partners to join our program.

We do allow email marketing campaigns. All partners using email marketing must be Can-SPAM compliant and contact us prior to deploying for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn’t reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.

Affiliate publishers creating content surrounding Dunkin’ Donuts Shop (shop.dunkindonuts.com) offers must comply with all applicable laws regarding such content, such as the Federal Trade Commission’s Testimonials and Endorsements Guidelines (https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/ftcs-endorsement-guides-what-people-are-asking#affiliate) which require disclosure of any consideration (including payment of fees, receipt of products, etc.) received for creating and posting such content.

We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. In such event, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and shop.dunkindonuts.com Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end this Agreement. Your continued participation in this Affiliate Program following the posting of the change notice or new Agreement on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.

shop.dunkindonuts.com uses a third party to handle all of the tracking and payment for this program. The third party is the Pepperjam affiliate network. Kindly review the network’s payment terms and conditions.

Affiliate publishers may be monitored for compliance with Dunkin’ Donuts Shop affiliate program use. Affiliates will remove any and all content at our request when needed/requested.

Affiliate publishers acknowledge that the Dunkin’ Donuts Shop is operated by Musictoday II, LLC. DBA Musictoday for Connekt, Inc. (on behalf of Dunkin’ Donuts) and not by Dunkin’ Donuts / Dunkin’ Brands.

This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application, and will continue unless terminated hereunder.
