As a member of the Drunk Elephant program, you agree to adhere to the following special
terms and conditions:
Publishers will not utilize any promotion, promotion code, coupon or other promotional
opportunity that is not specifically authorized for the use by Drunk Elephant. Publishers
shall not publish, distribute, post, broadcast, display or permit any written material that
makes reference to Drunk Elephant without first submitting such material for approval and
receiving express prior written consent. Publisher web site shall not, in any way, copy or
resemble the look and feel of the Drunk Elephant web site. Publisher shall not frame or
permit the framing of any page of the Drunk Elephant web site. Publisher agrees not to bid
on any keyword in Pay per Click Search Engines (PPCSEs) that is a trademark or a
derivation of a trademark, or any other word or term that is likely to cause confusion
regarding its affiliation with Drunk Elephant.
Drunk Elephant may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify this list to include any
other word or phrase. For the avoidance of doubt, Drunk Elephant does not allow
trademark bidding, trademark plus bidding, and/or paid search direct linking.
Publishers are prohibited from (i) using as display URLs any Drunk Elephant related
trademarks or any variations thereof, including, but not limited to, the variations set forth in
the list provided above; (ii) using the language “official site” or variations thereof in ad copy
and from adding trademark symbols to ad copy; and (iii) using promotional language such
as references to specific coupons and/or membership offers in ad copy.
Drunk Elephant allows for pre-approved email marketing. All partners must be Can-SPAM
compliant and must contact us Drunk Elephant prior to running these for suppression lists.
Any partner that doesn't not reach out first for approval is considered to be in violation of
our terms and conditions.
Coupon/Offer Code Policy - Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through
the Ascend by Partnerize affiliate program. Please note that sales containing a code that is
not provided directly by us or is not listed within Ascend by Partnerize may be subject to
commission reversals and may result in your removal from the program.
