Affiliate Approval
In order to be approved onto the Doctors-4-U affiliate program each affiliate will need to agree to abide by the MHRA guidelines on Advertising Medicines to the public https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/blue-guide-advertising-and-promoting-medicines.  For example, it  is essential that the commission is referred to as being paid per online consultation and NOT per medicine sold. 
It is also important to understand that the consumer has an invitation to treat and this may or may not result in a purchase at the discretion of the prescriber.
All affiliates will need to confirm in writing that they are willing to work within these regulations and explain how they intend to promote the Doctor-4-U consultation service.
Commission
Commission of 10% is payable per online consultation. Doctors-4-U reserves the right to reject sales that are fraudulent.

Closed PPC policy
No direct PPC is permitted for this program.  This includes sponsored links/PPC ads that use the company’s name Doctor-4-U variations, misspellings or derivates as a keyword or part of a key phrase on any search engine or as a display url. Also, please do not use the company’s website as a landing page or use competitor names to send traffic to the merchant’s site.

De-duplication Policy & Best Practice
Doctor-4-U do not currently de-duplicate sales but reserve the right to do so in the future
Doctor-4-U agrees, wherever possible, to provide affiliates with reasonable notice on any significant changes to the campaign.
Please do not register url’s similar to http://www.doctor-4-u.co.uk without the merchant’s consent. There is creative available to assist promoting Doctor-4-u in the Webgains interface.  Please only use these assets and do not download website headers.
