• Sie stimmen zu keinerlei Banner in jeglicher Form von E-Mailing oder Newslettern ohne vorherige Zustimmung einzufügen.
• Dockers Banner und Links dürfen nicht für Pop-Ups oder Pop-Unders verwendet werden.
• Die im System bereitgestellten Werbemittel und Logos dürfen nicht geändert werden und es können nur die vorhandenen verwendet werden.

Programme Details:

• Commission will be paid on all products on the Dockers website only including VAT and excluding post and package
• Commission is only payable on valid online orders that are not cancelled or returned and which comply with Dockers Terms and Conditions
• Introductory commission is 10% for the 1st month and 8% thereafter
• Cookie Period: 30 days
• Affiliate sales will be de-duped against all digital marketing channels (PPC and Display)

Programme Terms:

• Publishers cannot use the product feed on shopping directories
• You agree not to put the Dockers into Frames or use masked URLS
• You agree not to include links or banners in any form of email or newsletter without prior consent.
• You agree not to use DOCKERS banners or links as pop ups or pop unders to your site
• You agree not to alter any of the creative or logos presented in the interface and will only use those that are available
• You agree to send DOCKERS the copy you plan to use in any solus emails prior to sending - these can only be sent once they have been approved

Affiliate Approval

• Affiliate approval is manual so please do allow time for your sites to be checked and verified

Cashback:

• Cashback will not be approved until 30 days after the sale
• Cashback may only be paid on total order excluding shipping

Voucher codes:

• Vouchers can only be redeemed once within the expiry date
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Vouchers are redeemable online on DOCKERS site
• DOCKERS reserves the right to cancel a voucher at any time
• Vouchers has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Any affiliate found using a voucher code which has not been directly supplied to them will have their commissions declined and may face suspension from the programme.

PPC Terms: CLOSED No PPC activity is allowed on the programme

Affiliates must agree not to perform any of these activities: ‘Cookie Surfing’, ‘Cookie dropping’, ‘Spyware’ or ‘Parasiteware’ practices or ‘Forced clicks’. Any affiliate found infringing on these terms will be contacted by the DOCKERS affiliate team and may potentially have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme.
