As Culligan is built around customer service, we will track the leads in TD and we will then pay out the commission on confirmed orders and with a dedicated service team focused on sales you will see a high conversion from lead to order.

Culligan Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Culligan Affiliate Programme, affiliates agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Lead Tracking & Commission Approval
All valid leads generated through the affiliate programme will be tracked and recorded. However, commission will only be approved and payable for leads that successfully convert into a completed sale with Culligan.

Leads that do not result in a completed sale will be declined and will not qualify for commission.

2. Lead Validation
Culligan reserves the right to validate all leads and sales before approving commission. Leads may be declined where they are identified as duplicate, invalid, fraudulent, incomplete, cancelled, or where the customer does not proceed with a purchase.

3. PPC & Paid Search Restrictions
PPC and paid search activity is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval has been provided.

Affiliates must not bid on Culligan brand terms, trademarks, misspellings, variations, or any Culligan-related search terms through Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or any other paid search platform.

Affiliates must not use the Culligan name, trademarks, or brand terms within paid search ad copy, display URLs, or paid search campaigns.

4. Brand & Promotional Activity
Affiliates must represent the Culligan brand accurately and must not publish misleading, false, or unsubstantiated claims regarding Culligan products, services, pricing, offers, or promotions.

Only current and approved promotional messaging, offers, and creative assets should be used.

5. Voucher Codes & Promotions
Affiliates must only promote voucher codes, discounts, or promotional offers that have been officially provided or approved for use within the affiliate programme.

Unauthorised or expired codes must not be promoted.

6. Prohibited Activity
Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activity, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects, unsolicited communications, or any activity designed to artificially generate leads or commissions.

7. Commission & Payment
Commission is payable only on approved sales generated from tracked affiliate leads. Tracked leads that do not convert into a completed sale will not qualify for commission.

Commission rates and payment terms will be communicated through the affiliate programme and may be updated from time to time.

8. Programme Compliance
Culligan and its appointed affiliate programme management partner reserve the right to review affiliate activity and decline commissions where these terms have not been followed.

Affiliates found to be in breach of the programme terms may be suspended or removed from the programme and outstanding commissions relating to non-compliant activity may be declined.

By participating in the Culligan Affiliate Programme, affiliates confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
