PROGRAM Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Crep Protect Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before participating in our affiliate program.

2. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll in the affiliate program, you must submit a completed application via the Webgains platform. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate of Crep Protect, you agree to the following:

·         Use ethical and legal means to promote our products.

·         Not engage in any misleading, unethical, or illegal practices, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or misrepresentation of Crep Protect.

·         Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and privacy laws.

·         Not use any materials, including images and texts, that infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Approved Sales

An affiliate will earn 10%- 20% commission on every sale that is directly referred through their unique affiliate link and approved by us. All orders are subject to approval by Crep Protect and will be reviewed to ensure compliance with our policies.

5. Payouts

Commissions are paid out through the Webgains platform according to the following terms:

·         Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount, excluding shipping, taxes, and returns.

·         Payouts are made on a monthly basis.

·         Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payout information is up to date in the webgains platform.

6. Termination

Crep Protect reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

·         Violation of these terms and conditions.

·         Engaging in any activity that may harm the reputation or interests of Crep Protect.

·         Inactivity for a period of [specify period, e.g., 6 months].

Upon termination, you will forfeit any pending commissions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crep Protect will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Relationship of Parties

You and Crep Protect are independent contractors, and nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes through the Webgains platform. Continued participation in the affiliate program following any such amendments will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
