Terms and Conditions:

***We do NOT allow trademark bidding and or Trademark + Term bidding. Purchase of Coyuchi branded terms is prohibited and no commission will be paid for affiliates purchasing branded terms. 

 ***We do Allow downloadable software partners.
***We do Allow incentivized partners to join our program.
***We allow email marketing campaigns. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't contact us first is considered to be in violation of our terms and condtions.

*** Affiliates can ONLY offer "officially approved" promotions and offers as provided in the network interface. Failure to comply with this restriction may lead to commissions being removed.

*** Use of email or catalog offers not "officially approved" is prohibited. Failure to comply with this restriction may lead to commissions being removed.

*** Affiliates will be able to utilize "on-site" offers not made available in the network interface as they show up throughout the marketing year.
*** Offers that are already posted on affiliate sites (most without an expiration date) that have not been offered by Coyuchi to the affiliate will not be honored. Any offer promoted on an affiliate site must be one authorized by Coyuchi.com and made available in the network interface. Failure to remove these already posted coupons and comply with this policy may lead to commissions being removed.

***Use of “sale” or any other promotion term is prohibited unless otherwise authorized and offered by Coyuchi in the network interface.

***For “Free shipping” offers, affiliates must use our ads.

***Sale is defined by subtotal of product retail net of discounts, shipping & handling.  Affiliate commission not applicable to gift cards or non merchandise charges such as shipping & handling.
