Restreinte = par défaut : les affiliés ne peuvent pas utiliser la marque ou ses dérivés et fautes d'orthographe mais peuvent travailler sur les termes génériques pour rediriger directement sur votre site ou sur le site de l'affilié. (ces conditions peuvent être modifiées)
Fermée = Il est interdit d'enchérir sur la marque et ses dérivés ou fautes d'orthographe incluant la marque + les termes génériques (comme marque + réduction par exemple). Merci d'exclure la marque "X" de vos campagnes de SEM.

Affiliates cannot use the YesStyle brand name, its variations, misspellings, and in combination with other words to bid in any search engine, unless having been given permission by the merchant.
Domain Name policy:
Affiliates cannot register domain names having the YesStyle brand name, its variations, misspellings, and in combination with other words in the domain name, unless having been given permission by the merchant.
Coupon & Cashback Sites:
Coupon and cashback sites can only get maximum of 5% commission.
Wholesale policy:
YesStyle will not honor commissions from wholesale orders.
Affiliate best practices:
Please refrain from using competitor terms to send traffic to the YesStyle site. Please refrain from registering similar domain names to send traffic to the yesstyle.com site.
Image use
Please note that affiliates cannot use images taken directly from the People Style section on our blog, because of copyright reasons. Affiliates wishing to use imaging for those products are requested to retrieve those provided in the datafeed.
ADDITIONAL AFFILIATE RESTRICTIONS
As an affiliate member of YesStyle, you agree to abide by the Fair Use of YesStyle Content policy, as defined below. Failure to comply with this policy may result to your affiliate account's suspension or removal from the YesStyle affiliate program.

Definition: Fair Use of 'YesStyle Content'
Fair Use of 'YesStyle Content' as well as actions not considered of Fair Use are defined in the following points below:
1. 'YesStyle Content' can be used and displayed in affiliate websites in such a way that do not seem to resemble or "copy" its exact page equivalent on website www.yesstyle.com. For example, an affiliate page cannot take a whole page from any YesStyle-owned website and copy it exactly on the affiliate website.
2. 'YesStyle Content' can be used and displayed in affiliate websites in such a way that would not cause any large amount of bandwidth or traffic demand from any YesStyle-owned website. For example, a typical affiliate page promoting one YesStyle product will display 1 to 10 'YesStyle Content' images of that product, and anything above 10 is not considered fair use, unless deemed appropriate by YesStyle. A typical affiliate page promoting a list of YesStyle products, will display maximum 100 images, and anything above 100 is not considered fair use, unless deemed appropriate by YesStyle
3. Affiliate pages that use any kind of auto-refresh or auto-rotate which causes a page or a part of a page display less than the maximum number of images at a time, but because of the rotating or auto-refresh function would more than the maximum number of images, is not considered fair use.
4. Any activities such as automated pre-downloading and crawling of 'YesStyle Content' (or any server-to-server activity that is not considered a typical Internet consumer browsing activity) that will cause any large amount of bandwidth or traffic demand from any YesStyle-owned website is not considered fair use.
5. 'YesStyle Content' videos hosted on a YesStyle.com owned web site should be displayed on affiliate pages in such a way that does not auto-repeat nor auto-invokes the next 'YesStyle Content' video. The user viewing the affiliate page may click on an option to play the 'YesStyle Content' video again, or to play the next one-- this is considered fair use.
6. 'YesStyle Content' Meta Values cannot be used on any affiliate page in the exact same way that it was used on any YesStyle-owned website page.
YesStyle reserves all the rights to modify this policy at any time, and will inform its affiliates whenever any changes are made.

'YesStyle Content' refers to the information (text, images, videos, and Meta Content) found on pages of the website www.yesstyle.com, www.yesstyle.com.au, www.yesstyle.co.uk, www.yesstyle.com.hk, www.yesstyle.ca.
'YesStyle Content' also refers to the data feeds, scripts, videos, and images (including image banners and image logos) found on Webgains.
Data Feeds Data feeds refer to a set of Excel,CSV or XML files hosted on YesStyle's Affiliate program partners’ websites that contain a list of product information for the products available at www.yesstyle.com. A product's name, price, image URL location, and other related information are stored in these data feeds.
Meta Values Meta Values refer to content that may not be obviously visible to a user viewing a website’s page. The following are defined as Meta Values:
1. Page Title - this is the text that appears on the topmost part of the browser. When the page source is viewed by invoking a browser command such as "View Page Source" (or any similar commands or methods exposing the code to the user), an HTML tag containing "title" would have values. These values cannot be duplicated on an affiliate page.
2. Meta Keywords - these are the keywords that are embedded in the page. When the page source is viewed by invoking a browser command such as "View Page Source" (or any similar commands or methods exposing the code to the user), an HTML tag containing "keywords" would have values. These values cannot be duplicated on an affiliate page.
3. Meta Description - this is a phrase or a collection of words that are embedded in the page. When the page source is viewed by invoking a browser command such as "View Page Source" (or any similar commands or methods exposing the code to the user), an HTML tag containing "description" would have values. These values cannot be duplicated on an affiliate page.
