Cloggs pay 7% commission on sales. This is based on confirmed transactions on a 60 day cookie. Commission is paid on net sales.

We also have a product feed available for you to use, along with a range of product and generic creative banners in a variety of sizes.

PPC restrictions

1. Bidding on the brand name (including variations or misspellings of it) is prohibited in all search engines. To ensure you do not appear on these terms, you are required to assign negative matches to brand terms in all search engines.

2. Use of the domain www.cloggs.co.uk and variations is strictly forbidden in any ad copy including display URL.

3. Overbidding the official Cloggs advert is strictly forbidden (this can be identified by the URL www.cloggs.co.uk) on all search engines

4. No direct linking is allowed under any circumstances

5. Use of the term “official site” in your ad copy is forbidden.

Voucher Code Terms and Conditions

In light of the recent guidelines issued by the IAB Affiliate Marketing Council regarding the promotion of voucher codes on affiliate sites, this program requires affiliates to follow these terms.

Terms and Conditions relating to FitFlop products

Cloggs have been given guidelines by FitFlop relating to how affiliates promote the FitFlop brand on their sites. Please read the below guidelines and ensure your site adheres to them as failure to comply may lead to suspension from the Cloggs affiliate program.

•FitFlop is always one word, never two. You may not use FitFlop as a noun or a verb; it weakens the brand (e.g. Hoover, Sellotape, Kleenex). Always be specific, e.g. “FitFlops can offer relief from pain” is wrong, “FitFlop sandals can offer relief from pain” is correct.

• FitFlop will not allow its products to be hosted by retail partners through affiliates that are only selling FitFlop branded products on their websites. As a burgeoning brand, we feel it is important to be merchandised alongside an assortment of other leading footwear or beauty brands.

• FitFlop will not allow its products to be hosted by retail partners throughaffiliates who use FitFlop in their URL, for example www.fitflopsandals.com.

• FitFlop will not allow its products to be hosted by retail partners through affiliate websites that use discount codes relating to FitFlop product.

• FitFlop will not allow its products to be hosted by retail partners through affiliate websites who describe themselves in any terms that may give the impression of exclusivity or special terms with FitFlop. Examples of this include: The FitFlop Shop, The One Stop FitFlop Shop, The place to buy FitFlops , FitFlop’s No 1 Retailer.

• FitFlop will not allow its products to be hosted by retail partners through affiliate websites that use claims, product terminology and imagery that has not been taken from the FitFlop asset bank through our retail partners. Note: Affiliate websites will not be granted direct access to the asset bank.

General Terms and Conditions

Do not lead users to believe that your landing page or website is the official merchant site – to ensure that users don’t perceive it to be the official site we recommend that you add the copy ‘In association with Cloggs' to your landing page to avoid confusion.

Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Cloggs affiliate programme (either through our webgains account or directly from Cloggs’ Affiliate Manager). Cloggs reserve the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. We appreciate that consumers may use voucher codes that they have found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale and this will be investigated before decisions on commission payment are made. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed. Any affiliate found to be displaying discount codes against one particular brand sold by Cloggs, rather than advertising the use of the code across the whole website may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed. All UGG Australia products are exempt from discount codes. Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme. Please also ensure that you observe the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.

If any affiliate is found to be breaking any of the terms above, they will be asked to amend their promotions. Consistent failure to comply with these rules will result in the affiliate being removed from the program and commissions being set to zero.
