Commission is payable on …

• Basket value (excluding VAT and p&p)
• all orders except for those which Chemist-4-U cannot obtain authorisation for payment and for products that are out of stock; this does not include customer returned, fraudulent or cancelled orders. Chemist-4-U may have to cancel orders inline with current drug purchasing laws. In this instance the affiliate will not receive commission. Private prescriptions are also excluded.

Please note that if you see a zero transaction then this is due to a customer redeeming a pre-existing voucher.

De-duplication Policy & Best Practice

Chemist-4-U do not de-duplicate against any other channels, but reserve the right to do so in the future.
Chemist-4-U agree, wherever possible, to provide affiliates with reasonable notice period on any significant changes to the campaign.
Please do not register similar urls without the merchant’s consent.
Please do not use competitor names to send traffic to the Chemist-4-U site.
Chemist-4-U welcome the opportunity to work with all affiliate types except software applications affiliates. Affiliates must supply a working URL in order to be accepted onto the program

PPC Policy:-

Chemist-4-U operate a strict policy on paid search activity. These terms and conditions are applicable on any ad platform, including, but not limited to search engines, content networks and social network ad placements.

Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on brand searches. Example: Chemist-4-U, Chemist4U, Chemist-4-U.co.uk, Chemist-4-U.com

Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on misspells or variations of brand searches. Example: Chemist 4 U, Chemist For You.

Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on extended or hybrid brand searches. Examples, Chemist-4-U Offers, Chemist-4-U Voucher Code, Chemist-4-U.com promotional code.

Affiliates are not permitted to use the Chemist-4-U name in any paid search activity, whether this is in advert text, copy or display URL's.

Affiliates must negative match the Chemist-4-U brand name in any terms associated with voucher codes, discount codes and any other variations of these terms.

Unless explicit permission has been given no affiliate is allowed to perform direct linking PPC activity to the Chemist-4-U website, this includes using the Chemist-4-U website as a display URL.

Affiliates must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a webpage. Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain or sub folder. Examples: Chemist-4-Uoffers.com, Chemist-4-U.affiliatesite.com, affiliatesite.co.uk/Chemist-4-U

Anyone found infringing on these terms and conditions will be contacted by Chemist-4-U. Please note anyone found contravening these Terms and Conditions may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme.
