• It must NOT direct link to our website from any Pay Per Click ad or Pay Per Call ad using redirects that yield the same result. Affiliate links must be directed to an actual page on your website.
• It must NOT bid in any manner appearing higher than any of our Brands for any search term in any auction style Pay Per Click or Pay Per Call advertising program.

Affiliate agrees not to bid on and/or make use of the brand name CheapOair.com in whole or in part or in any other form, shape and variation thereof whatsoever for Google, Yahoo and Bing Affiliate Pay per Click ("PPC") campaigns. This includes use of CheapOair.com brand terms in affiliate ad copies and display URLs. Affiliate also agrees not to represent themselves as the official CheapOair website in any SEM ad campaigns anywhere.

Miscellaneous - Special Instructions 

In order to adhere to Google Webmaster Guidelines. CheapOair requires that our affiliate partners "nofollow' any links used in conjunction with CheapOair's affiliate program. Links that are paid for and are not "nofollowed" (e.g. any links intended to manipulate PageRank or a site's ranking in Google) will not be tolerated. Links that CheapOair pays commission or for advertising that are " do follow" are in violation of Google's Webmaster Guidelines. In order to participate in CheapOair's affiliate program all links used must be "nofollow".
