Affiliate agrees not to bid on and/or make use of the brand name CheapOair.com in whole or in part or in any other form, shape and variation thereof whatsoever for Google, Yahoo and Bing Affiliate Pay per Click ("PPC") campaigns. This includes use of CheapOair.com brand terms in affiliate ad copies and display URLs. Affiliate also agrees not to represent themselves as the official CheapOair website in any SEM ad campaigns anywhere.
Miscellaneous - Special Instructions
In order to adhere to Google Webmaster Guidelines. CheapOair requires that our affiliate partners "nofollow' any links used in conjunction with CheapOair's affiliate program. Links that are paid for and are not "nofollowed" (e.g. any links intended to manipulate PageRank or a site's ranking in Google) will not be tolerated. Links that CheapOair pays commission or for advertising that are " do follow" are in violation of Google's Webmaster Guidelines. Social Media
Affiliate is allowed to promote any of Company’s Brands to Affiliate’s own lists; more specifically, Affiliate is welcome to use Affiliate links on Affiliate’s own Facebook, Twitter, etc. pages.
