1.2. Participants in the Program are referred to as "Affiliates."

1.3. Affiliates are not considered ambassadors, partners, employees, or
representatives of Cariuma. The use of terms such as "ambassador" or
"partner" to describe your affiliation with Cariuma is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Terms:

2.1. Affiliates must refrain from using any terminology that implies an
official partnership or endorsement with Cariuma. Prohibited terms include,
but are not limited to, "ambassador," "partner," "official," "sponsor," and
similar terms that suggest a formal relationship with Cariuma.

2.2. Affiliates must not create content or messaging that implies they can
offer discounts, promotions, markdowns, or special offers on Cariuma
products. All pricing and promotions are determined solely by Cariuma.

3. Promotional Guidelines:

3.1. Affiliates are encouraged to promote Cariuma products in a positive
and ethical manner.

3.2. Affiliates must use their unique affiliate links provided by Cariuma
when promoting our products. Commissions will only be earned on sales
generated through these links.

3.3. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional content
is accurate and does not misrepresent Cariuma or its products.

4. Compliance and Consequences:

4.1. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the removal of an
Affiliate from the Program.

4.2. Cariuma reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation
in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to,
violation of these Terms, unethical promotion practices, or fraudulent
activity.

4.3. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to
ensure ongoing compliance.

5. Amendments:

5.1. Cariuma may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior
notice. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to stay informed about
any changes to these Terms.

6. Agreement Acceptance:

6.1. By participating in the Cariuma Affiliate Program, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and
Conditions.
