2. Affiliate agrees not to use Campmor brand name in the display URL on any pay-for-placement or revenue share search engine. Affiliates may not mask their URL with campmor.com (or any common misspelling or confusingly similar name). 
3. Pop ups, pop unders and co-registration’s are not permitted for this Affiliate Program.

4. Coupon, datafeed and email publishers are allowed to promote the Campmor Affiliate Program. Email publishers must be CAN-SPAM compliant. Any partner that wants to feature us must contact us before the email drop to receive a suppression list. Any partner that does not contact us first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.

5. Downloadable software and incentivized traffic partners are allowed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Social Media campaigns are encouraged.
7. All affiliates must use current promotions that are reflected through banners and text links in Pepperjam, otherwise they may be subjected to removal from the program.

8. If you violate these terms you will be immediately terminated from the program. Affiliate status is permanent pending review. 
9. Campmor reserves the right in its discretion to change these terms from time to time without prior notice to Affiliates.
10. Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that it is not authorized to act on behalf of Campmor and is neither an agent nor representative of Campmor. Affiliate agrees not to hold itself out as an agent or representative of Campmor. Affiliate agrees not to solicit, directly or indirectly, potential customers in the state in which the Affiliate is located through any of the following means targeted to residents of the state in which the Affiliate is located: distribution (by email, letter or otherwise) any promotional materials within the state where affiliate is located and will not through the use of flyers, newsletters, telephone calls, electronic mail, blogs, microblogs, social networking sites or other means of direct or indirect solicitation specifically target residents of the state in which the Affiliate is located for sales by Campmor.
