Trademark bidding is NOT allowed. Bidding is not permitted on the Bright Cellars trademark, or any variation or misspelling of the trademark. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Bright Cellars + keyword. If an affiliate is running an adwords campaign, they must place “bright cellars”, “brightcellars”, “www.brightcellars.com” as a broad, exact, and phrase negative. Please note: Affiliates that violate the TM policy will be immediately removed from the Bright Cellars affiliate program, and all unlocked commissions will be reversed.

All links used in campaigns must be current. Affiliates running outdated links on their site(s) are subject to dismissal from the program. Hijacking links from other sites is strictly prohibited. Affiliates are permitted only to use links that are available from Ascend.
