Any such use is approved for the sole purpose of promoting Bonobos’ site and participating in the affiliate program. If an affiliate’s participation is terminated for any reason, the affiliate must immediately cease using any such material. •Affiliate shall not frame or permit the framing of any page of Bonobos web site •TM bidding Policy: Bidding on the brand name or any derivation thereof is strictly prohibited on all Pay-Per-Click platforms and search engines including, but not limited to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Affiliates are prohibited from (i) using as display URLs any Bonobos names, trademarks or any variations thereof, including, but not limited to, the variations set forth in the list provided above; (ii) using any Bonobos names, logos, trademarks or other website/branding imagery in a header graphic or in any way that indicates they are officially affiliated or partnering with Bonobos, including by using the language “official site” or variations thereof in ad copy; (iii) adding or removing trademark symbols to ad copy; and (iv) using promotional language such as references to specific coupons and/or membership offers in ad copy. •Retargeting Sites. We do not allow any retargeting sites. •No Direct Linking. Any affiliate found to be direct linking will have their sales reversed and will be removed from the program. •Social Media is allowed on a case-by-case basis. All affiliates must notify and discuss social campaigns with the account manager before beginning a social campaign, including with respect to compliance with FTC Endorsement Guidelines. •Downloadable software is allowed on a case-by-case basis. •All email affiliates must be compliant with all applicable advertising (including email marketing, anti-spam provisions) and privacy laws. Please contact the program manager for the most up to date suppression list and email creative. •All affiliates will be accepted into the program on a case-by-case basis. •All affiliates are required to use the most up-to-date and approved creative, and to use only creative found in the Pepperjam Network. We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status for any reason in our sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to violation of any of the above terms. We reserve the right to reverse commissions in case of any violations. We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the affiliate program or an affiliate's potential to earn income from the affiliate program. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating any partnership, agency, employment or other relationship other than that of independent contracting parties. Social Media Policy & Disclosure Guidelines These Social Media Policy & Disclosure Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) set forth disclosure guidelines for Pepperjam affiliates and affiliate networks. These Guidelines should be read together with Pepperjam’s other policies. A.
