Zustimmung des Partners: automatisch.
Cookie-Zeit: 45 Tage ist die Standard-Cookie-Zeit für one.com Genehmigungszeit: Bestellungen werden automatisch nach 2 Monaten genehmigt, was bedeutet, dass one.com bis zu 2 Monate Zeit hat, um jede Bestellung zu überprüfen. one.com prüft Bestellungen alle 2-3 Tage, aber bei gefälschten/stornierten Bestellungen kann die Registrierung eine längere Zeit in Anspruch nehmen.

6. Auszahlung der Provision
Die Auszahlung der Provision erfolgt nach erfolgreicher Einzugsermächtigung (falls zutreffend) und/oder einem Vertragsabschluss mit dem neu gewonnenen Kunden. In Fällen, in denen mehrere Anzeigen angeklickt wurden und dies zu einer Bestellung geführt hat, erhalten die Affiliates eine Provision für den letzten Klick, der zum Verkauf geführt hat. Nur Kunden, die in den letzten 6 Monaten nicht bei ONE.COM gekauft haben und nicht der Familie des Werbetreibenden angehören, gelten als Neukunden.
7. Änderung der Grundbedingungen
ONE.COM behält sich das Recht vor, das Partnerprogramm ohne Vorankündigung zu ändern oder einzustellen, insbesondere wenn gesetzliche Vorschriften oder gerichtliche Anordnungen dies zu einem gegebenen Zeitpunkt erfordern. Zum Zeitpunkt der Änderung oder Einstellung wird die zu zahlende Provision zu den bisher geltenden Konditionen berechnet, soweit dies rechtlich möglich ist. Die Änderung oder Einstellung des Affiliate Programms lässt das Vertragsverhältnis zwischen ONE.COM und dem Neukunden unberührt.
Durch die Teilnahme am Partnerprogramm wird kein Arbeitsverhältnis, keine Handelsvertretung oder Ernennung begründet, unabhängig von den erzielten Umsätzen.
