Use your creativity and your knowledge of the people who come to your site to choose the types of links that will be most appealing and most likely to invite clicks. The more your links lead to sales on our site, the more money your site will earn.
You may create links to our site in the form of banners, textual, individual product, search box and store front. You may choose to use one or many of the links we provide, or you may create your own links. However, we will need to authorize any links that you create independently.

We do not allow direct linking.
We do allow downloadable software, and incentivized partners to join our program.
We also allow email marketing campaigns. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
Authorized Promotions
The Affiliate must only use Black Halo promotions, promotion codes, coupons or other promotional opportunities that are communicated specifically to the Affiliate via the ebay Enterprise Affiliate Network on behalf of Black Halo and specifically authorized for the Program.
If the Affiliate uses Black Halo promotion codes from other sources (ex: Black Halos email, or other partner communications), Black Halo may terminate this Agreement and remove the Affiliate from the Program, and Black Halo also reserves the right to withhold or disallow payment to the Affiliate for violations of this obligation.
Search Policy
We reserve all rights in our trade name and trademarks; therefore you agree not to purchase or bid for the placement of our name, trademarks, technologies, collection names or any variation or misspellings thereof. Please contact us at [removed] if you have questions.
