violation of this provision, as determined by Binance.US in its sole and absolute discretion, will be
subject to immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.
● Posting offensive, obscene, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or defamatory content; content
that depicts Binance.US competitors in a negative light; or content that violates the legal rights of
others;
● Publishing any false, inaccurate or misleading information to attract more customers;
● Making any representations or warranties related to Binance.US products or services;
● Disparaging Binance.US or otherwise engaging in activity that would harm the reputation or
business of Binance.US;
● Modifying the appearance of Binance.US logos;
● Generating artificial traffic through automated systems, bots, or scripts;
● Creating duplicate or fake Binance.US accounts for the purpose of self-referring;
● Using paid advertising with branded keywords, including Binance.US, Binance, or other
look-alike or sound-alike terms;
● Using spam or unsolicited emails or texts to attract more referrals;
● Charging fees on top of your Affiliate earnings on Binance.US;
● Sending links or other promotional messages relating to Binance.US to any resident of a
Restricted State, or any jurisdiction in which trading and/or usage of cryptocurrency or digital
assets is prohibited.

Binance does not allow any affiliate member to solicit an existing Binance user to create a new account with the sole purpose of becoming their referee. If Binance determines that an affiliate has manipulated the referral process, Binance will void the qualification for any referral commissions of the member’s account (all payouts will be reduced to 0%). 
Binance does not allow any affiliate member to offer any additional referral kickback privately including but not limited to the sharing of referral commission with an invitee or offering incentivized traffic (online streaming tasks or downloadable popups) and/or prizes (virtual currency rewards, gifts, or cash incentives). If Binance determines that an affiliate has offered any referral kickback privately, then Binance will void the qualification for any referral commissions of the member’s account (all payouts will be reduced to 0%).

Redirected from URLs that are similar to the URL of Binance (www.binance.com ), such as www.binance.xxx.com；

If Binance determines that an affiliate conducts any damaging and/or defamatory behavior to Binance, then the affiliate’s membership and qualification will be terminated, with their commission rate reduced to 0%. Binance reserves the right to retrieve all referral commissions that have been distributed to affiliates’ accounts. Including but not limited to the following scenarios: 1. Affiliates post false Binance-related information or negative comments about Binance on social media 2. Affiliates direct users to claim compensation from Binance 3. Affiliates endorse themselves by using misleading words, especially Binance related, including but not limited to use terms like ""partnership"", ""cooperation"", ""association"", etc.
If the system detected a user deleted his account in order to create a new account to benefit from the referral program, Binance reserves the right to terminate all referral commissions from the account.
Affiliate members shall only use banners shared by Binance in Impact. Any other creatives and ads must be reviewed and approved by Binance in writing before going live.
Binance does not allow any affiliate member to direct traffic to prohibited territories, a list of which is attached here and may be updated by Binance from time to time. If any affiliate member breaches this section, their commission for the relevant month(s) shall be reversed to $0.

Affiliate members acknowledge and agree that any breach of these Binance Terms may result in regulatory fines and/or penalties imposed on Binance and/or its affiliated or related companies), and affiliate members are responsible for all such fines and penalties.
