T&C Coolblue Affiliate Program

What are the conditions of the program?

There are a few rules associated with the program. You can find the overview of what we expect from you when you participate below.

• You must be at least 18 years old to become an affiliate partner of Coolblue.

• It should always be clear to the visitor that the website is not owned by Coolblue.

• It should always be clear for the visitor that he will be redirected to Coolblue when he clicks on the content.

• The content (banners, feed, text links) provided by Coolblue should only be used on the website whose URL are registered for the Coolblue Affiliate Program.

• The content on Coolblue.nl/Coolblue.be can be used as inspiration for content on the affiliate partner website, but cannot be copy-pasted.

• Each website must be individually registered to the Coolblue Affiliate Program.

• The affiliate partner may only communicate actions on the Coolblue website and / or communicated by Coolblue for affiliate partners via a newsletter or mail to partner.

• Sending an email to visitors or members of the partner website is only permitted after an email approval by Coolblue.

• Delivery times and other propositions may be communicated, as long as it is clear to the visitor that the supply is not done by the affiliate partner.

• Advertising on collecting websites like “Marktplaats” and “Marktplaza” is not allowed.

• Promotion Coolblue campaigns or products on Facebook and Twitter is allowed as long as it is very clear that the advertisement is yours and not Coolblue.

• In Adwords (and paid search in general) you cannot use the following keywords: Coolblue, Laptopshop, PDAshop, and the other related shop names of Coolblue. Also, the use of derivatives of these words is not authorized.

• You are allowed to use Adwords referring to its own landing page. You can also advertise different propositions.

• It is not allowed to switch from Adwords (and paid search in general) which is offered by other brands – especially competitors of Coolblue.

• You can not use Display URLs as www.coolblue.nl/be, www.laptopshop.nl/be, www.pdashop.nl/be, www.laptop-shop.nl/be or combinations and similar subdomains of the mentioned URLs above.

• Advertise with prizes and / or online bonuses and emphasizing deals not offered by Coolblue is not allowed. Direct links to Adwords (and paid search in general) to Coolblue and the Coolblue shops is not allowed.

• You can not register domains containing specific terms and terms with spelling errors. Among these specific terms are Coolblue (.nl/.be), laptopshop (.nl/.be), PDAshop (.nl/.be) and all other shops in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Cookie dropping and cookie stuffing are not allowed.

• The use of Pop-ups and Pop-unders are not allowed.

• The use of frames and IFrames is not allowed.

• You may not use site overlay

• Placing false orders or ghost orders is not allowed.

• The use of methods with the purpose to create forced clicks is not allowed.

• The use of discount codes, cashbacks and loyalty programs is not permitted without an agreement with us. Are you admitted to our program? Then there are shorter cookie times for this type of websites.
