Terms and Conditions

The Bellacor, Bellacor.com, BellacorPro and BellacorPro.com names are trademarked and the intellectual property of Bellacor.com, Inc.  Affiliates may not bid on Bellacor.com, Inc’s trademark or brand related keywords, including misspellings and variations thereof, in conjunction with paid search advertising on search engines, including, but not limited to: Google, Yahoo, Bing, MSN, AOL and Ask.  Affiliates should add "Bellacor" and "Bellacor.com" as negative matches in your search campaigns and to avoid phrase matching.  Affiliates currently using the trademarked name in any search engine positioning technique must discontinue this practice effective immediately.  
Affiliates promotion of Bellacor in social media campaigns or through downloadable software is acceptable only on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact the program manager [removed] for approval before beginning any promotion of Bellacor via social media or downloadable software.
Affiliates may not send any Electronic Messages that in any way suggests, implies, misleads or is likely to mislead (including without limitation, via the return address, subject heading, header information or message contents) a recipient into believing that Bellacor or any entity related to Bellacor was the sender or sponsor of such email or procured or induced you to send such email.
Affiliates may not use promotion of codes found outside of the affiliate program.  If you are found in violation of this policy, we reserve the right to terminate you from the program at any time. Bellacor will not issue commission on orders where codes picked up from other marketing channels are used.

As a Bellacor.com, Inc. Affiliate you agreed to abide by the trademark restrictions. Bellacor.com, Inc. reserves the right to withhold/cancel sales commissions and deactivate Affiliate partnerships if it's discovered that an Affiliate is bidding on the brand names, or violating these terms, conditions and policies in any way.
