Du får betaling for hver ansøgning som opfylder følgende minimumskrav:

• Ansøger skal minimum være 20 år
• Ansøger skal have en fast indtægt
• Ansøger skal være dansk statsborger
• Ansøger må ikke være registreret i RKI.

VALIDERING
Det forventes ingen sletning af leads bagudrettet.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM L’EASY TO ALL E-MAIL PUBLISHERS
The L’EASY Group is often recieving complaints from consumers, who are receiving e-mails against their will through publishers. These complaints are often caused by recipients, who is claiming never to have signed up for that e-mail database or because they aren’t able to unsubscribe. There can be a lot of different causes for this like failing to remembering that they have given the permission or that the unsubscribe link isn’t functioning properly. 

The L’EASY Group wants to respect the wishes from the complainers, but at the same time state that the responsibility for gathering permissions, sending out correct e-mails with functioning unsubscribe links lies solely with the publishers - not L’EASY themselves. L’EASY have therefore decided to state a demand regarding the implementation of a disclaimer in ALL e-mail send outs with ads from any of the The L’EASY Group brands. 

You can find demands for the disclaimer here, and you are advised to quickly implement it on all your send outs of ads from the L’EASY Group.

• Søker må ha vært registrert i Norsk Folkeregister i minimum 3 år sammenhengende
• Søker kan ikke ha betalingsanmerkninger

Det forventes ingen sletting i etterkant ved normal trafikk

OM FINANSKAMPANJER

All markedsføring av lån eller kredittkort i Norge skal overholde god markedsføringsskikk og de ekstraordinært strenge regler for markedsføring av finansielle produkter. Herunder (men ikke begrenset til):

• All markedsføring skal ledsages av ett representativt låneeksempel. Se de aktuelle bannere for å finne dette!
• Ved e-mail markedsføring spesifikt skal du som partner være ekstra varsom, og sørge for at både avsender-navn, subject og innhold skal være klare og tydelige, og ikke på noen måte villedene.
• Kun tekster og bannere som du finner i kampanjebeskrivelsene kan benyttes. 

Det er ikke tillatt å bruke uttrykket “betal når du vil”. Det kan brukes følgende formuleringer som alternativ:   

• Det kreves ikke sikkerhet for lånet
• Du signerer med BankID

MARKEDSFØRING AV KREDITT

Ved markedsføring av kreditt skal det ikke fremheves

hvor raskt kreditten kan disponeres,

hvor raskt svar man kan forvente på en forespørsel om kreditt,

at det er en lav terskel for å få kreditt,

at det er en enkel søknadsprosess,

at kreditten er lett tilgjengelig på andre måter.

For helt å unngå problemer og forskjellige fortolkninger har L’EASY besluttet følgende:

Det er helt forbudt på L’EASY koncernens kampanjer i Norge å omtale hastigheten, hvormed man kan forvente svar på en søknad eller forvente å kunne disponere over kreditten. Det er med andre ord forbudt å bruke ord som f.eks. ”rask”, ”snart” og diverse synonymer, som kan antyde, at det går raskt. Det er også forbudt å benytte ikoner, symboler, billder m.m. av objekter (f.eks. timeglas), som kan antyde, at man kan forvente raskt svar på en søknad eller forvente raskt å kunne disponere over kreditten.

Det er helt forbudt på L’EASY koncernens kampanjer i Norge å omtale søknadsprosessen som enkel. Det er med andre ord forbudt å bruke ord som f.eks. ”enkel”, ”lett” og diverse synonymer, som kan antyde, at søknadsprosessen er enkel. Det er også forbudt å benytte ikoner, symboler, bilder m.m. av objekter, som kan antyde det samme.

SMS marketing and push ads on the mobile phone are NOT allowed on the campaign:

The use of SMS, Push Ads or notifications on the mobile phone for the promotion of the L'EASY Group's campaigns is under no circumstances permitted. This applies both as direct and indirect traffic-generating element. In other words it’s not allowed to link to comparison sites and websites that offer loans from the L'EASY Group by using SMS, Push Ads or notifications on the mobile phone.

E-MAIL MARKETING:

E-mail marketing is not allowed on the L'EASY Group's campaigns without prior approval of the e-mail content (subject line, body text, etc.).

The approval of an email text is valid for one year and new sendouts with the same text within this period don’t need a new approval unless there has been some changes in the guidelines for the L'EASY Group programs.

If, unexpectedly, e-mail marketing is not approved by L'EASY, it will result in blacklisting from the L'EASY Group's campaigns.

NOTE: ALL E-MAIL PUBLISHERS MUST BE APPROVED BY L'EASY ON THE CAMPAIGN!

If you have been approved by one of L'EASY's other campaigns, the approval will also apply to this.

Please be aware that you ALWAYS have to update your newsletter database and regularly delete all recipients found on our email blacklist - SEE HERE:

Examples of non-exhaustive newsletters and texts guidelines:

• Newsletters / texts can not promise more than L'EASY can keep for sure (for example, it is not allowed to write "Get an answer within 15 minutes", "You can already get your money today", "You do not need to document your income "," You can get a loan despite RKI registration ", etc.)

• Newsletters / Texts may not appear to be sent directly from L'EASY and not from a third party.

• Newsletters / Texts may not indicate that the sender (third party) has a special agreement with L'EASY (eg "Sometimes it can be difficult to make sure there is enough money. That’s why I've agreed with L'EASY that you can get 50.000 NOK directly into your account with a L'EASY loan.")

• Newsletters / Texts may not indicate that L'EASY has already reserved a product to the customer (eg "We have 50.000 NOK with your name on. L'EASY has booked up to 50.000 NOK only for you. Complete the application and get your money here ")

• Newsletters / texts may not indicate that the recipient is specifically selected to purchase L'EASY products (eg "You are selected for loan", "Congratulations on your loan", etc.)

• Newsletters / texts may not give the impression that there is an ongoing dialogue between L'EASY and the recipients of mails / texts (eg subject lines designed as "Enter your 50.000 NOK" Or "SV: Loan application" , "Your loan application is unsigned", "Regarding your loan", "L'EASY has not heard from you", "You have not filled in your loan application", etc.) This requirement applies unless both of the following exceptions occur:

1. It’s very clear and unequivocal from both subject line and body text that there is an ongoing dialogue between the publisher and the recipient - and not between L'EASY and the recipient of the newsletter. Eg. "Relating to your inquiry at Domain X ".

2. Permission for sending newsletters is collected directly on the domain from which the newsletter of the ongoing dialogue is send from.

• Newsletters / Texts may not be drafted with a negative reason for purchasing L'EASY products (eg “Is there a crisis" or "Has the holiday been too expensive?")

• Newsletters / Texts may not be formulated with a negative reason for purchasing L'EASY products (eg “Is there a crisis" or "Has the holiday been too expensive?")

• Negative relationships between Christmas and L'EASY's products are not allowed (see also the guideline: newsletters / texts may not be formulated with negative reasons). Formulations such as “Save Christmas", "Loans for Christmas" and "Afford the Christmas" is not acceptable.

• E-mails and newsletters must in all cases contain a disclaimer which indicate that L'EASY is not a direct sender of the e-mail / newsletter.

• Email publishers who violate the guidelines will be blacklisted from the L'EASY Group Affiliate Programs.
