BASE is a strong telco brand in Belgium, owned by Telenet Group, active in Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels. It offers postpaid and prepaid mobile plans, including smartphone deals. Since 2024, BASE also offers internet and TV services! 

With BASED ON YOU as its brand promise, BASE recognizes the need for simplicity and fairness in your mobile experience: 

• Simple and fair products and services based on what the customer really needs, without paying for extras they won’t use. 

• Customers get the most out of their mobile data with Data Jump or with out-of-plan limits.  

• During Free Data Day, customers can use as much data as they want every first day of the month. 

Within this strategy of “pay for what you need” customers can opt for limited or unlimited Internet. They can choose to take only the BASE TV app, or they can have the app together with the TV box, including streaming apps like Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime.

Why join the BASE Affiliate Program?

BASE offers a very competitive range of mobile postpaid plans. The simplicity of the portfolio is what makes it unique: what you see is what you get. The name of every subscription is based on the (regular) price you pay per month: 

• BASE 15 (€15 per month)

• BASE 20 (€20 per month)

• BASE 29 (€29 per month)

• BASE 39 (€39 per month)

The main difference between these products is the number of gigabytes you get to surf online, ranging from 15 GB to 300 GB. Our mobile plans also offer:

• Free unlimited calling and texting;

• Data Jump: your leftover data will be automatically carried over to the next month;

• Free Data Day: you get 24 hours of free data every first day of the month;

• Out-of-plan limit: set limits to stay in control of your budget.

 To align with the market demand, we are now offering BASE Internet:

• BASE limited Internet (€29 per month)

• 300GB per month (option to add 25GB extra for 5€) 

• 50 Mbps download speed

• BASE unlimited Internet (€40 per month)

  • Unlimited volume

  • 200 Mbps download speed

• BASE unlimited+ Internet (€51 per month)

  • Unlimited volume

  • 4000 Mbps download 

It’s also possible to subscribe to TV services: 

• BASE TV app (€11 per month)

• BASE TV app + BASE TV box (€16 per month) 

Both options include 31 Dutch-language or French-language channels (including regional TV channels, 4 days of Replay TV, the possibility to record programs, as well as pause, rewind and forward options to not miss anything.

Would you like to combine several BASE products? You'll get a 10% discount for life on TV and/or internet as soon as you combine 2 or 3 products. 

How do you benefit from the BASE program at Webgains? 

Banners:

A range of banners will be offered. The creatives will be updated regularly in line with promotions and seasonal events. Promo prices in creatives are valid for 4 to 8 weeks on average.

 NB : We give a commission for each and every NEW LINE sold individually (we don't pay for migrations or plans change). 
Affiliates will get commission if the plan is still active after 60 days. 
The 10% discount is only for the final BASE customers when they combine two or more products. .
