Banana Republic US affiliate program may reject your application or terminate you after your application has been accepted, for any reason including but not limited to, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you engage in activities or promotions that are inconsistent with the offers Gap Inc. makes available, or engage in promotions that are untruthful, inaccurate, misleading or your site is unsuitable for the Program for any reason, including, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, harassing, or racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable, such as sites that:
• promote sexually explicit materials;
• promote violence;
• promote discrimination based on sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
• promote illegal activities;
• infringe or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Promotion on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms is permitted following these general guidelines:
a. You ARE allowed to promote offers to your own lists; more specifically, you’re welcome to use your Affiliate Links on your own Facebook, Twitter, etc. pages. For example: You may post, “25% off sale at Gap through Wednesday with code XXX. Restrictions apply. Ends XX/XX.”
b. You ARE PROHIBITED from posting your Affiliate Links on any of Gap Inc.’s brand. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. company pages in an attempt to turn those Links into Affiliate sales.
c. You ARE PROHIBITED from running Facebook ads that include use of the Gap Inc. company name or any Gap Inc. Mark.
d. You ARE PROHIBITED from creating a social media account that includes the use of the Gap Inc. company name or any Gap Inc. Mark.
e. You ARE PROHIBITED from tagging Gap Inc. brands to your social posts to show up on Gap Inc. brand walls/pages.
