Babeland affiliate program

Claire Cavanah and Rachel Venning opened the first Babeland store in 1993 in response to the lack of women-friendly sex shops in Seattle. The store offers top quality products, a pleasant place to shop, and most of all information and encouragement to people who want to explore their sexuality. The store's popularity led to three more stores in New York, plus a thriving and educational website. This program offers a 7-day cookie duration.

 ·         Affiliates shall not publish, distribute, post, broadcast, display or permit any written material that makes reference to Babeland without first submitting such material for approval and receiving express prior written consent. 

 ·         Publisher shall not frame or permit the framing of any page of the Babeland web site

 ·         TM bidding Policy:

We DO NOT allow trademark bidding.  Trademarks include, but aren't limited to, Babeland, Babeland.com, Babeland coupons, Toys in Babeland, or any variations or misspellings. 

We DO allow PPC on non-branded terms and, with that, we allow direct linking on these terms as well.  That being said, you must be sure to indicate you're an affiliate with the abbreviation 'aff' at the end of your ad.

Coupon/Promotion Codes

Babeland offers coupons and deals from time to time to both customers and affiliates.  Please be sure to only promote coupons distributed to you through the affiliate program.  Using coupons or promo codes NOT released for affiliate use may subject you to removal from the program.

·         Retargeting Sites. We do not allow any retargeting sites.

          No direct linking. Any affiliate found to be direct linking will have their sales reversed and will be removed from the program.

 ·         Social Media is allowed on a case by case basis. All affiliates must notify and discuss social campaigns with the account manager before beginning a social campaign.

 ·         Downloadable software is allowed on a case by case basis.

  ·         All email affiliates must be spam compliant. Please contact the program manager for the most up to date suppression list and email creative.

 ·         All affiliates will be accepted into the program on a case by case basis.

 ·         All affiliates are required to use the most up-to-date creative, and only creative found in the eBay Enterprise Affiliate Network.

  Violation of any of the above terms may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to reverse commissions in case of any violations.
