This ensures a low cancellation rate and a high customer satisfaction rate. We return to fit the product at the customers home ensuring everything is convenient and as easy as possible for them.

Our products truly change customers lives, giving them the independence to drive themselves or to just be a passenger again and be able to get out. Without our products many of our customers would not be able to leave the home or travel very far at all.

Our website has been set up with our market in mind and is easy to navigate to find out product information with lots of imagery and videos of how they work. At every stage we encourage the website user to request a free brochure and free demonstration at home. There’s a simple form for them to fill in and we respond to every enquiry with a follow up phone call and brochure delivery.
